How we work
From first call to launch — here's exactly what to expect.
The process, step by step
Free consultation
Book a 30-minute call. I'll ask about your business, what's working, what's not. No pitch, no pressure. You'll leave with a clear idea of what's worth doing.
Scope & proposal
Within a few days, you get a proposal with exactly what I'll build, what it costs, and when it'll be ready. No surprises.
Build
I build it. You'll see progress along the way and can give feedback at every step. For websites, expect 1–3 weeks. For AI agents, usually 1–2 weeks per agent.
Launch
Everything gets tested, then we go live. I walk you through how it all works. For websites, you get the admin panel. For agents, you see exactly what they can do.
Ongoing support
I don't disappear after launch. Websites come with maintenance plans. AI agents are fully managed — I monitor, tune, and improve them over time.

Common questions
We review progress together before anything goes live. If something isn't right, we fix it. I'd rather spend an extra day getting it right than hand over something you're not proud to share. No money changes hands until you're satisfied with the final result.
Yes. For websites, content changes are covered under your maintenance plan. For bigger structural changes, we scope them like a small new project — transparent pricing, no surprises. For AI agents, improvements and adjustments are part of the ongoing management.
Yes, fully. The code, the content, the domain — all of it is yours. I don't use proprietary platforms that lock you in. If you ever want to move everything to another provider or developer, you can. I'll even help with the handover.
Your time upfront is the main thing. For a website, I'll need your branding, copy, and a few hours of your input during the design phase. For AI agents, I need access to the tools the agent will work with. After that, the process is designed to need as little from you as possible — that's the whole point.
It means I handle everything after launch. Setup, monitoring, fixes, prompt tuning, and improvements over time. You don't need to log in, maintain anything, or understand how it works under the hood. You just see the output and tell me if you want it to do something differently.
